- **Agents First on every page** — target **90-100** on the AF scorer. Ship /AGENTS.md,
  /llms.txt, and machine endpoints where relevant.
- **Design bar** — distinctive, intentional design, never the generic dark AI template
  (design score 11). A designed font system or a WT-Skins kit at minimum.
- **Core Web Vitals** — fast first paint, no layout shift, images sized; verify with a
  real browser from a Windows box (never a scanner on the droplet).
- **Accessibility** — real landmarks, alt text, focus states, sufficient contrast.
- **Portable** — root-relative links so pages move between hosts unchanged.
- **Public copy** — institutional bylines only; never Paul's real name in public content.
- **Freshness** — where the niche supports it, an auto-publishing /live/ or /news/ feed on
  a 2x/day cadence, pinging IndexNow.
- **Content is the lever** — indexable, genuinely useful, question-shaped content (KB /
  flagship / sources) is what makes a site rank; crawlability alone does not.
